Metallic Embroidery- Bartin-Amasra Tel Kirma

Wire breaking work is one of Turkish traditional handicrafts for Bartın, which has been going on since 17th century. Wire made of tulle and traditional handicrafts are produced for Bartın and under the name “Bartın Tel.” The processing needle used for this work is also handmade. Wire breaks are unconnected and named because they are processed by cutting and breaking the wire together without using scissors.
