Thank you for shopping with us! If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Our policy allows returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges after this period.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven't received your refund, please double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at turk@turkandturk.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
